Thelma Solis is the Founder & CEO of Executive Wealth Solutions Insurance Services and a California Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in public-sector benefits. She helps clients understand how insurance-based tools — annuities, life insurance, and living benefits — can work alongside their pensions and retirement savings to create dependable income and protect the people they love.
A former Los Angeles County employee in Human Resources, Thelma brings an education-first, not transactional, approach shaped by years of helping people navigate complex systems. She works primarily with teachers and public employees in CalSTRS, CalPERS, LACERA, and other defined-benefit systems, and believes trust is built long before any recommendation is made. She does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice; she helps with the insurance pieces and coordinates with clients’ CPAs and other professionals on the rest.
