Executive Wealth Solutions Insurance Services was founded by Thelma Solis, a former Los Angeles County employee who understands firsthand the retirement systems and benefits available to California public servants.
Having worked within the public sector, Thelma recognized that many employees approaching retirement were facing complex decisions without access to specialized guidance that considered their entire household picture.

What began as a mission to help fellow public employees navigate retirement has grown into a dedicated California insurance agency serving educators, county employees, state workers, and their families.

Today, Executive Wealth Solutions Insurance Services continues to focus on education-first planning, helping clients better understand their options and make informed decisions with confidence.
