A bilingual business administrator with leadership experience across operations and hospitality, she supports the team with case preparation, process coordination, and day-to-day operations so the agents can focus on serving clients.
Before joining the firm she held leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Cartagena and Hampton by Hilton Cartagena, supervising front-office and guest-relations teams, and holds a Master’s-level background in Strategic Management and Business Administration.
Organized, service-oriented, and detail-focused, Esther brings a high standard of professionalism to every part of the firm’s operations — and a genuine care for the client experience.
